电影《德拉克的回归》讲述Eduard Grecner, like Stefan Uher and Elo Havatta, was one of the pioneers of the 1960s Slovak New Wave cinema. His three films "Seven Days a Week" (1964), "Moon Ray" (1965), and "Dragon Returns" are all representative works of Slovak New Wave cinema. This black-and-white film, with its unique narrative style and distinct stream-of-consciousness, even indirectly influenced the later works of the French director Grélie in the two films shot in Czech Republic, "The Liar" and "Eden and After"."A special place in the development of feature films is reserved for Eduard Grecner, the creator of just one good film, Dragon Returns (Drak sa vracia, 1967), titled after the nickname of the lead character. The films unique narrative style and powerful influence on subsequent directors make it a standout work in Slovak cinema history. Grecners ability to capture the spirit of the era and weave it into the fabric of the film is truly remarkable."
